Summer ticket from Czech railways

An unbeatable price offer for train travel in the Czech Republic on Czech Railways trains. For less than 50 euros you can travel for 14 days on trains of the Czech Railways company throughout the Czech Republic! The offer is valid only in July and August and tickets can be purchased both at the ticket office and online at the Czech Railways e-shop. 

Summer ticket prices and variants

Ticket for Summer – as the offer is called – is offered in two variants and varies according to the validity period. The shorter variant is valid for 7 days and the most advantageous in terms of per day conversion is the 14-day variant.


The price if you don’t have an Inkarta (loyalty card – see ) with a valid application or ITIC card (International Teacher Identity Card) is 890 CZK for 7 days and 1290 CZK for 14 days. If you own one of the cards, the price is 790 CZK for 7 days and 1090 CZK for 14 days.

Terms & Conditions

Luggage and pram transport

Pram transport with the baby is free of charge. Luggage – suitcases, bags of passengers are also transported free of charge. In most cases, there are no dedicated spaces for pram. They must be positioned so that they do not get in the way. For example, space for bicycles and luggage can be used. We also recommend using the children’s compartments. 

Bicycle transport

On Czech Railways trains, bicycles can be transported wherever a bicycle pictogram appears in the timetable. In some cases, it is necessary to purchase a compulsory reservation for a bike.

You must always purchase a bicycle ticket for your „Ticket for Summer“. Depending on the distance you are traveling, the price of a bicycle ticket ranges from CZK 30 to CZK 75. It is also possible to buy a day ticket for a bike for 99 CZK.

Where to buy Ticket for Summer

Ticket for Summer can be purchased online at the Czech Railways eshop, at all Czech Railways ticket offices and if you are travelling from a station where there is no Czech Railways ticket office, you can buy this ticket from the conductor on the train.
